The poor excuse that we had as summer draws to a close, and this season will be remembered . . very anal. For consolation, there is the summer aperitif, grilled and Iced Tea, baby. The Satay Chicken skewers are all that is more common but a name "fancy". This is the marinade that makes the difference, of course. More importantly, the sauce. The FAMOUS peanut sauce, that converts any type chicken type sauce, and would even eat broccoli for children. It will become your secret weapon against the grim meal of the week.
